Set-out Instructions

We ask that your trash is set out at the end of your driveway by 7 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day. We are in your area only once a week We can send a truck back for a fee of $50.00.

Unacceptable Materials

The following materials require alternative methods of disposal and are not included in your regular service. Yard Waste

Grass clippings and leaves are to be placed in bags in your container or outside your container. Bulk Item Pickup

Cancelling Service

In the event that you need to cancel your service you must contact our office to terminate your account. All equipment provided for your use that is not returned to RMS is subject to a $100.00 charge per Toter.

Vacation Status

Should you need to place your account on hold please contact our office. We gladly place your account on VACATION STATUS up to three times per year.

Inclement Weather

Roadway safety is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas, which are deemed unsafe due to snow, ice or rain will be suspended for collection. If we are unable to provide collection, services will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.
