Inclement Weather

Roadway safety is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas, which are deemed unsafe due to snow, ice, or rain will be suspended for collection. If we are unable to provide collection, services will resume as soon as it is safe to do so.

Unacceptable Materials

The following materials require alternative methods of disposal and are not included in your regular service. Dumpster Levels and Weights

Dumpsters should be level full unless you are placing shingles, dirt, rocks, sheetrock or other extremely heavy materials in the container. It is recommended that 20yd roll-offs be 1/2 full of these items and 30yd be 1/3 full to prevent overloading. Roll-offs can only hold a maximum of 10 tons of material.
